Mercure Ayr Hotel

This hotel was an absolute gem in the centre of town. The location couldn't be more perfect, with the beach and town centre just a short walk away. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel right at home. The rooms were cozy and well-maintained, with a lovely comfy bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, with little touches that made our stay extra special. The views from our room were also impressive, adding to the overall charm of the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was exceptional, close to the beach and town. The view from our rooms was beautiful. Parking was convenient too.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Ayr. The location couldn't have been better, with the beach just a short 10-minute walk away. The town centre, with its lovely shops, was only 5 minutes on foot, and there was a fantastic Italian restaurant just 4 minutes away. The room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, although it did feel a bit worn-out. I was impressed by the easy access to the 5th floor and the breathtaking panoramic view from my bedroom window. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. Additionally, having a swimming pool and gym was a big plus, especially considering that it was included in the price. The health club did have a few broken lockers and outdated equipment, but it was still clean and enjoyable. Unfortunately, I didn't have a chance to try the food, so I can't comment on the restaurant.
